LAWLIGHTS- Social, Economic, Commercial and state vulnerability prevailing rights:
- In this present scenario of world turns to be righteous as well as there are many consequences on it.
- The rights inferred upon society are on the basic principle of everything for the peoples who live in the society by whom the word society is formed.
- The term rights are given from the earlier stages as through the forms of ethics justice social good conscience integrity etc.
- Many laws were emerged and still emerging for the welfare of the people, Our Constitution of India prevails the basic fundamental rights under its article 14 to 35.
- And through directive principles of state policy from article 36 to 51 to prevent the people from the denying factors and everyone should be treated equally in all forms and article 32 and 226 are there for violation of fundamental rights.
- Where from these social economic and commercial rights exist and what for these rights are amended, the recent issue on America is the extreme cause of state vulnerability issue done to a human due to racism, the term vulnerability is shortly defined as the harm done for the poor people. The word poor identify not only the financial status but also includes that who are disadvantaged in some way like physically weak physically challenged, pregnant women ,child, homeless people etc. are turned to be vulnerable population.

- And so many cases, to show the strength of legal nature and on the other side the history of crime also gets listed every day and giving challenges to prove the justice.
- The international committee of economic social and cultural rights commonly known as ICESCR is considered to be the protection tool of vulnerable groups.
- Within society and emerging the state provide special protection with higher degree of priority consideration and they divided the groups as twelve as follows:
1. Women and girls
2. Children
3. Refugees
4. Internally displaced persons
5. Stateless persons
6. National minorities
7. Indigenous peoples migrant workers
8. Disabled person
9. Elderly persons
10.HIV positive persons and AIDS victims
11.Roma/ gypsies /sinti
12. Lesbian gay and transgender people
- And the people who are suffering from discrimination and oppression and major cases affected through acid throwing cases physical torturing abusing etc. are women and girls, not only one Nirbhaya, there are so many are getting tortured day to day even a baby too.
SURVEY STUDY:
- With the survey of the famous magazine INDIA TODAY on January 12 2020 it was found to be:
- India today data intelligence unit DIU has found that between 2014 and 2018, there have been 1483 victims of acid attacks in the country.
- This is according to data released by national crime records bureau and the year 2017 witnessed the highest number of acid attacks in these five years at 309, with 319 victims.
- A total of 596 acid attacks cases were reported in 2017 and 2018 with 623 victims falling prey but data showing that only 149 people were charge sheeted in each year.
- Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Delhi have been consistently ranking among the 10 worst states in term of acid attacks for these years which having the ration of UP-260, WB-248, DELHI 114, MP 59, ODISHA 52, PUNJAB 50, AP 47, HARYANA 46, BIHAR 39, GUJARAT 37.
- In 2015, 734 cases were gone for trial and 33 only completed. This shows that the rights are available but it is still locked for these groups due to poverty, illiteracy and it goes on.
Some of the laws which are amended for the safeguarding these groups and their rights are
1. SAFEGUARDING VULNERABLE GROUPS ACT 2006 and THE PROTECTION OF FREEDOMS BILL
2. Several international conventions and treaties such as UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS 1948 these include social cultural economic and political rights.
3. THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ACTS 1933.
4. The CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD, CRC.
CONCLUSION:
in order to protect the raising giants of our tomorrow’s society, and many consumer protection rights are there for their commercial protection like consumer protection act with these acts and laws we can fight for the rights given for every individual.
